To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We don't accept panties for exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We offer $10,000 (COP) standard shipping to all Colombian cities.
When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner.
We ship via certified mail. For standard shipping, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you if and when the item will be available.

Please handle our garments with care. We use delicate materials and trims that make our garments special. We suggest to hand wash all of our pieces to guarantee a good appearance overt time.
